Challenge:
When I first joined NovaFori, the challenge lay in creating an inbound marketing strategy from scratch, with no existing data or systems in place to support it. Part of the challenge was identifying further needs for the sales and marketing department, such as content marketing structure, technical support and reporting.

Project: Inbound marketing to achieve demand generation goals
In order to create a successful inbound strategy, I had to run a whole audit of their current strategy. The project commenced with a thorough SEO audit, revealing significant gaps in content strategy, technical issues, lack of CTA and forms, poor UX experience, toxic links and keyword optimisation. NovaFori lacked a consistent Google presence and an aligned, strategic content calendar. Based on these findings, I spearheaded a comprehensive content and website rebranding initiative. This involved integrating compelling keywords and content, enhancing UX design, and implementing HubSpot forms to automate lead nurturing processes. Subsequently, we shifted focus to consistent online promotion through social media and paid advertising. Strategies included organic and PR content dissemination on various platforms, creating of lead generation campaigns like webinars and lead form formats (through white papers production) link-building campaigns, paid search initiatives, and LinkedIn ads.

Project (Second Stage):
In the second part of this project, the focus shifted towards the production of sales and marketing content tailored for prospect engagement. Take NovaFori to the next phase of the process from a customised technology solution to taking a SaaS productised approach. This included refining product marketing communications, production company offerings, creating product marketing strategies, hosting events, and supporting marquee sales events with online activities and optimised budgets.
Results (Second Stage):

Despite prior success, the company faced numerous hurdles, including nonexistent social media presence, lack of content strategy, absence of marketing automation systems, and inadequate email marketing strategies tailored to segmented audiences.
